In December 2016, Alex achieved two significant milestones: she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, finishing in the top 10% of her class in just 3.5 years. On the same day, she was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA and went on to compete in the Miss USA pageant, aired live on Fox.
Today, Alex specializes in speaker bookings, talent management, and business development — bridging entertainment and business to create impactful, transformative experiences. She oversees talent placement and production for large-scale events across the U.S., including the Aspire Tour, managing everything from speaker bookings and contracting to full-scale event execution, including stage placement and audio/visual production.

Allison is the operational backbone and organizational force behind Connect Concierge, bringing more than 12 years of expertise in people management, operations, and administration, paired with over 6 years of specialized experience in event strategy, sourcing, and back-of-house organization.
A Colorado native, Allison moved to Georgia in 2009, where she got a jump start on her career and began building the operational discipline and hospitality-driven mindset that define her work today. Over the years, she has earned a reputation for turning complexity into clarity — anticipating needs before they arise and bringing order to even the most fast-moving environments.
At Connect Concierge, Allison leverages her sharp organizational instincts and relationship-driven approach to serve as a trusted consultant and connector for her clients. She specializes in understanding what clients truly need, asking the right questions, and delivering quick, high-quality results — whether that means making the right introductions, sourcing the perfect partner, or providing the behind-the-scenes structure that allows a vision to take shape.
